Kathleen Gardiner

Kathleen Gardiner is an experienced communications professional with a robust background in employee experience and engagement. Currently serving as the Employee Experience & Inclusion Manager at SHAZAM Network - ITS, Inc. since September 2016, Kathleen has held various roles, including managing employee communications, consulting for leadership during company changes, and leading messaging for corporate initiatives. Previous experience includes positions at Hy-Vee as a Communications Specialist and Intern, where Kathleen contributed to internal communications and media efforts.
