Eric Wiebe is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and staffing. Currently serving as Recruitment Manager at Shea Properties since January 2016, Eric is responsible for overseeing recruitment efforts for both exempt and non-exempt positions, collaborating with management to identify staffing needs, and managing the recruitment cycle through the Taleo applicant tracking system. Prior to this role, Eric was the Director of Talent Acquisition at BDS Marketing, LLC., where responsibilities included developing recruitment strategies for corporate and field positions. Eric's career also includes a tenure as Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition at Advantage Sales and Marketing, leading marketing strategy and recruitment initiatives across the company. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from California State University, Fullerton.
