Mark Skinner has extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry. Mark is currently the Global Head of Technical Business Development - Software, Processing & Imaging at Shearwater GeoServices, where they lead the sales and business development for software, processing, and imaging. Mark also heads the Monsoon Cloud program and leads the CCUS business understanding workgroup. Prior to this, Mark worked at CGG, where they held various roles including VP Smart Data Solutions, Imaging Manager, and Processing Group Manager. At Veritas DGC, they served as a Seismic Processing Supervisor, specializing in shallow water multiple attenuation. Mark also worked as a Geophysicist at Digicon Geophysical.

Mark Skinner completed the General Managers Program in Business Management at CEDEP - Executive Development, Fontainebleau, from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, in 2014, they also completed the Achieving Managerial Excellence course at the same institution. Mark obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of Leicester from 1991 to 1994.
