Taylor Wong

Taylor Wong serves as the Vice President of Commercial and Head of Account Management for North America at Fresha, a prominent marketplace facilitating beauty and wellness appointments, since October 2021. Taylor also holds the position of Director of Business Development and Account Management (Partner) at Epic Revenue Consultants, focusing on revenue management and competitive strategies. Previously, Taylor owned TEW Hospitality, a consulting firm dedicated to optimizing revenue strategies for clients in the hospitality sector. Prior experience includes significant roles at Agoda, where Taylor developed business strategies and trained teams for the North American market, and served as VP of Operations at The Bowery House, overseeing hotel operations and staff management. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration/Management from Indiana University Bloomington.
