Claire Ward

Claire Ward has extensive experience in strategic management and transformation, currently serving as the Director of Strategy & Transformation at Sheffield Hallam University since December 2013, with prior roles including Director of Transformation and Head of Business Change. Claire has managed a team of eleven Senior Business Analysts and has expertise in business case development and process improvement. Previous roles include Continuous Improvement Change Manager at The Food and Environment Research Agency and various positions at Cadbury plc, where Claire implemented project governance processes and led continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain teams. Claire holds a BA in Business Studies from Sheffield Hallam University and has a strong background in operational management and team leadership.
