Paula Furtado Kohn

Paula Furtado Kohn is a Lecturer of Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management at Sheffield Hallam University since March 2024. Concurrently, Paula works as a Visiting Researcher at the Centre for Competition Policy, focusing on gas price volatility related to net zero initiatives. In August 2023, Paula founded Shape Circular Research Consultancy, which aims to integrate social sciences with STEM-related activities to foster positive impacts on people and the environment. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Research Associate at the University of East Anglia, a PhD Researcher and Graduate Research Assistant at Sheffield University Management School, and a Consultant at Expetro Consultoria Intl Em Petroleo E Gaz Ltda. Paula obtained a Doctor of Philosophy in Performance Management Supply Chain Circular Economy from Sheffield University Management School between January 2016 and April 2023.
