Madelein Hofmijster

Madelein Hofmijster is a seasoned professional in supply chain business development with extensive experience in the energy sector. Since January 2014, Madelein has held various leadership roles at Shell, currently serving as the Head of Supply Chain Business Development Europe. Prior experience includes multiple positions at GDF SUEZ Energie Nederland N.V., where Madelein excelled as Performance Manager and Project Manager for compliance initiatives. Earlier career roles include Business Consultant at Significant and serving as President of the Interstedelijk Studenten Overleg, the largest national student representation organization in the Netherlands. Madelein holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management from the University of Twente and completed VWO at Coenecoop College.
