Mirte Suesan

Mirte Suesan is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Vice President of HR Information and Digital Technology at Shell since April 2025. Prior to this role, Mirte held the position of HR Director at NAM BV Assen from November 2019 to April 2025, where accountability included the people agenda and the reorganization of NAM into an integrated, agile operating model. Mirte's earlier tenure at Shell spanned from May 2007 to November 2019, during which roles included Organisation Development Manager, HR Manager for Upstream Shell Brazil, Business Adviser to the EVP of HR for Shell Projects & Technology, Global HR Policy Advisor, and HR Advisor for Corporate Functions. Mirte holds two Master's degrees from the University of Amsterdam, one in Industrial & Organizational Psychology and another in Social Psychology.
