Prior to this, Yates worked at Resurgent Capital Services from December 2002 to October 2012 as Senior Director, managing Collections, Customer Service, and Repossession in the secured department. Additionally, Yates served as Director at both Resurgent from 2002 to 2009 and 1st Franklin Financial Corporation from 1998 to 2002, where contributions included strategic oversight of branch offices, billing, and audits within the subprime mortgage sector.
