Colin Jones, Assoc. CIPD has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Colin started their career at Orange Business UK, where they worked as a Concierge and later as a Team Manager Administrator. Colin then moved on to EE, where they served as a Training Coordinator, managing resource allocation and planning training solutions. Colin's next role was at Hemsley Fraser as a Project Manager, responsible for delivering global training solutions to Fortune 500 clients and building client relationships. Colin also worked as a Client Services Coordinator at Hemsley Fraser. Colin also gained experience as an Enhanced Enabler at Claro Support, where they provided study skills coaching to university students with special educational needs. Currently, Colin is working at ShelterBox as the Head of Learning and Development, leading the training team and designing training programs for disaster response volunteers.

Colin Jones, Assoc. CIPD, completed their education at the University of Plymouth from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BA) degree with a specialization in Marketing. Prior to attending university, Jones attended Tavistock College from 1998 to 2002, although no specific degree or field of study is provided for this period.
