Charmica Kelly

Charmica Kelly, RHIA, has over two decades of experience in health information management and clinical research support. Since November 2004, Charmica has held various roles at the Shepherd Center, including Epic Application Coordinator, HIM Systems Analyst, Health Information Manager, and Assistant Manager HIM. Prior to this, Charmica worked at the National Institutes of Health from February 2001 to December 2003 as a Protocol Specialist, providing support for clinical research processes and generating critical reports. Charmica earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Information Management from Middle Georgia State University between 1998 and 2000.
