Karalee White is a licensed Real Estate Agent at Stamper Realty Group, where Karalee connects individuals with opportunities to achieve their real estate goals. Prior to this role, Karalee worked at Shepherd Community Center as a Neighborhood Engagement and Development Officer, empowering the community to break generational cycles of poverty. Karalee holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, Intercultural Studies, and a minor in Social Work from Olivet Nazarene University.

Shepherd is a faith-based, non-profit organization established in 1985 with a simple but staggering goal: to break the cycle of poverty on the near east side of Indianapolis. Located centrally within the community it serves, Shepherd offers programs for children, teens, adults, and families, helping to meet their physical, emotional, academic, and spiritual needs.
