The Company operates through three segments: Brewing and Brands, which includes brewing, marketing and sales of beer, wine and spirits; Managed Pubs and Hotels, which comprises managed pubs and managed hotels, and Tenanted and Leased Pubs, which comprises pubs operated by third parties under tenancy or lease agreements. The Company offers brews, including Spitfire, Whitstable Bay Pale Ale and Bishops Finger, as well as internationally lagers, such as Asahi Super Dry and Samuel Adams Boston Lager from its brewery in Faversham. The Company owns and operates approximately 328 pubs and hotels throughout the South East of England. These pubs are a mixture of 267 tenanted, 54 managed operations, and seven free of tie pubs.
