Dr. Richelle Knowles is a 1999 Sherman graduate. Alongside her husband Dr. Daniel Knowles (Sherman grad ’96), she is co-founder of Network Family Wellness Center, Mile High Chiropractic Movement, and Lifetime Wellness Practice; and, also with her husband, the 2019 recipient of the Distinguished Service Award from Sherman College.
Richelle is a published researcher and participates in Sherman’s IRAPS and Lyceum. She is an active member of the Colorado Chiropractic Association and serves on the board of the International Federation of Chiropractors and Organizations. She is also an instructor for EpiEnergetics, teaching both basic and advanced level courses in Network Spinal.
Richelle travels the country and internationally making numerous appearances as an informative speaker for chiropractic technique and inspirational health talks.

At Sherman College of Chiropractic, students are taught and learn from the most current knowledge and understanding of the philosophy of chiropractic, in the basic and clinical sciences, the research and science of vertebral subluxation, and in the clinical practice of chiropractic so they may perform the professional obligations of a primary health care provider with competency, compassion, and integrity.
