Electrical Engineering Services at Shermco Industries

Steve Cornwall has a wide range of work experience in various industries. Steve started their career in 1991 as an Inspector/Management Planner/Industrial Hygiene Technician/Project Manager at Professional Industrial Hygiene Services, Inc. Steve then worked as an Electrical Fabricator and Machine Shop Technician at Shick USA, and later as a Route Sales Manager at Farmer Brothers.

In 1997, Steve joined Faith Technologies, Inc. (formerly SKC Electric, Inc.) as a Communications and Electrical Services Technician/Manager. Steve was responsible for installing voice/data systems, fiber optics, telephony key systems, WAN/LAN, and wireless networks. At Power Quality One, Inc., Steve worked as a Power Systems Applications Engineer/Inside Sales Manager. Steve assisted clients in configuring and selecting power systems and contributed to the development and integration of complex power system build-outs.

Steve also worked as an Electrical Project Engineer at Mills Electric, LP and as an Assistant Project Manager at Walker Engineering, where they handled project engineering, management, and construction oversight.

Prior to their current position, Steve was the National Sales Manager at Interstate Batteries, responsible for coordinating the efforts of Inside and Outside sales managers, operations, and supply chain management.

Currently, Steve is working at Shermco Industries as part of the Electrical Engineering Services team. Shermco Industries provides testing, maintenance, repair, commissioning, engineering design, and training services for electrical infrastructure. Steve's role involves working with substations, switchgear, transformers, motors, and generators.

Steve Cornwall has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Geological and Earth Sciences/Geography from the University of Central Missouri.
