Heather Tatum

Heather Tatum is an experienced recruiter with a strong background in finance, accounting, project management, and IT sectors. Heather has held positions at Sherpa, serving as a Recruiter from March 2022 until recently, and as a Recruiting Manager from April 2003 to July 2011. Prior to Sherpa, Heather worked in Recruiting Services at Wachovia, a Wells Fargo Company, from November 1999 to February 2003. With a BA in Psychology from the University of Central Florida, Heather has built a reputation for connecting qualified candidates with contract and permanent opportunities throughout a successful career in recruitment.
