Ben Salter

Ben Salter is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in senior leadership roles. Currently serving as CFO at SHERPANY since June 2023, Ben has previously held CFO positions at Devr, Inc. and Virtual Control Limited, along with consultancy roles providing CFO services and corporate finance expertise. Notably, Ben spent nearly a decade at Syngenta, leading finance initiatives across various divisions, including significant responsibilities in M&A and corporate planning. Early career experience includes roles at Citi and Banc of America Securities, offering extensive transaction experience in M&A and capital raising. Ben holds an MSc in Finance from the University of London, is a Chartered Accountant, and earned a BA from the University of Oxford.
