Paul Marmor has a diverse work experience that spans over several decades. Paul started their career as a Para-Legal at Grutman Miller & Greenspoon in NYC in 1986. Paul then worked as a Trainee Solicitor at Wilde Sapte (now part of Dentons) from 1987 to 1989 before becoming a Solicitor at the same firm until 1991. Paul then joined Stallards (now DMH Stallard) as a Partner in 1991 and stayed there until 2004. In 2004, Paul joined Sherrards Solicitors LLP as a Partner and Head of Litigation & International, where they continue to work. Alongside their role at Sherrards, they served as the Chair of legal at Alliott Group Legal from 2009 to 2015. In 2017, they became the Co-Chair of The Law Firm Management Committee of The International Bar Association. Throughout their career, Paul has gained expertise in large-scale litigation, including contractual, IT, intellectual property, financial, and fraud-related cases, with a particular focus on Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Paul Marmor pursued their education at the University of Birmingham from 1983 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law.
