Jillian Zaletel

Jillian Zaletel (Kolencik) has extensive experience in international tax, currently serving as Project Lead for International Tax at Sherwin-Williams since July 2025. Prior to this role, Zaletel held the position of Senior International Tax & Transfer Pricing Analyst at The Lubrizol Corporation from June 2023 to June 2025 and worked at PwC as a Senior Associate and Associate in International Tax Services from September 2018 to June 2023. Zaletel's early career included roles as an IT Helpdesk Analyst and Business Consultant at Ohio University College of Business, as well as an Accounting and Construction Management Assistant at Vintage Development Group. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Ohio University and an international program at IQS Barcelona. Zaletel graduated with an Honors Diploma from Chardon High School in 2014.
