Les Bradley

Les Bradley is currently serving as the Power Design & Delivery Manager at SaxaVord Spaceport, a position held since April 2025, focusing on the electrical infrastructure's design, build, and operation. Previously, from 2016 to April 2025, Les held multiple roles at Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks, including Consents & Design Manager, where responsibilities included leading a team in land consent acquisition and project connection development, and Delivery Support Manager, overseeing risk management and ensuring engineering governance. Additional experience includes serving as Lead Project Manager, Field Manager at SSE plc, and Field Engineer at UK Power Networks, complemented by military service as a Reservist in the Royal Navy from 2001 to 2005. Academic qualifications consist of a Foundation degree in Power Distribution Engineering from London South Bank University and education at Bancroft's School.
