Nicole Fina-Patel

Nicole Fina-Patel, PMP, CSM, is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in IT integration, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at SHI International Corp. since March 2017. Nicole has successfully led complex IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations through effective strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration. Prior roles at SHI included Integration Center Project Manager and Project Coordinator, where Nicole focused on project scope definition, client expectation management, and team coordination. With a background in customer service at Walgreens and experience as a substitute teacher, Nicole also holds a Master of Arts in Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
