Nick Tseng

Nick Tseng has a diverse work experience. Nick currently works as the Director of Product Management at Shield AI, where their focus is on protecting service members and civilians using intelligent systems. Previously, Nick held various roles at Salesforce, including Senior Solution Engineer, where they led collaborations between customers, account teams, and engineers to architect and sell solutions that improve organizational efficiency. Nick also launched Outforce, an employee group supporting LGBTQ+ and allies, in Texas, and organized volunteer and fundraising events. Before Salesforce, Nick co-founded Warehouse Innovations, where they designed and marketed a highly rated consumer product that is now in over half a million homes. Nick also worked as an Analog Applications Engineer at Texas Instruments, collaborating on low power system designs and publishing power application notes. Nick began their career as a Supplier Quality Engineer Intern at Lockheed Martin, where they developed a framework to analyze suppliers and components for the Hellfire program. Nick also interned as a Research Development Engineer at WiPower, Inc. Overall, Nick has a strong background in product management, engineering, and entrepreneurship.

Nick Tseng received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from MIT Sloan School of Management. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida. In addition, they hold certifications as a Salesforce Certified Administrator and a Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.
