Andrew Maratos

Head of Credit at Shift

Andrew Maratos has a wide range of work experience in the banking and finance industry. Andrew started their career at National Australia Bank in 1991 and then worked at General Motors in various roles, including Senior Treasury Manager and National Lending Manager. Andrew joined ANZ in 2006 as Esanda State Manager and later moved to Westpac in 2009, where they served as an Area Manager for multiple sites. In 2016, they joined Macquarie Group as a State Lending Manager and later took on the role of National Credit Team Manager. Currently, Andrew is working at Shift as the Head of Credit. Throughout their career, they have achieved outstanding results, won several awards, and demonstrated strong leadership and sales management skills.

Andrew Maratos has obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the New York Institute of Technology. Andrew also received a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Newcastle. Additionally, they have completed the RG 146 qualification from Kaplan.
