Kelsie Axelrod is an experienced communications professional currently serving as an Account Director on the Consumer Team at SHIFT Communications since December 2018, where leadership in program strategy and client relationship development is paramount. Kelsie has a proven track record in integrated marketing, having previously held roles as Senior Account Manager and Account Manager, where notable accomplishments included securing media placements in top outlets. Additionally, Kelsie is the Founder and CEO of Patiyo, LLC, creators of the underground music festival Patiyochella, which began in 2016.
