Currently serving as Founder and CEO of ShiftAbility, a consulting firm dedicated to transforming I/DD agencies into technology-enabled support service agencies, Brian has previously held leadership roles such as Chief Executive Officer at Smart Living Systems by LADD and Chief Operations Officer and Chief Strategy Officer at LADD Inc. Notably, Brian has a successful track record in operations and strategic development, having increased revenue by over 50% at Work Activity Center while overseeing various departments and leading significant initiatives like the Smart Living and Forever Home Initiative. With earlier experience in sales management at MedOne Medical and operational oversight at White Pass Railroad, Brian holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from the University of Utah.

What is Smart Living? It is a new way of delivering services, using a value based tech-first approach. It includes new ways to assess staffing, the needs of the individuals, the way to delivery services, and the cultural methodology of inclusive services. A Smart Living agency works to provide value-added services as much as possible providing a means to provide services to more individuals in a sustainable manner. Smart Living is not an initiative, or a time limited project, it is the new model for service delivery. Smart Living is not one size fits all, each agency will do it differently, it is taking what works for the agency and building on it.
