The Engineering Team at ShiftCare is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the technological backbone of the ShiftCare software. This includes creating user-friendly interfaces, ensuring seamless mobile experiences, maintaining robust backend systems, integrating with third-party services like the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), and continuously testing and optimizing the platform to improve efficiency and reliability for home care service providers.
