Joseph Caldwell

Joseph Caldwell is an experienced executive with a diverse background in healthcare and business advisory roles. Currently serving as Executive Advisor at Shiftkey and Chief Business Advisor at The Staff Pad, Joseph also holds a partnership position at Western Healthcare since December 2010. Previously, Joseph contributed to the National Association of Locum Tenens Organizations as a Board Member from May 2019 to April 2022 and was the President of Staff Care for two decades, also overseeing marketing and sales during that tenure. Joseph Caldwell earned a degree from Texas Tech University between 1981 and 1985.
