Joe Mechlinski

Joe Mechlinski is the CEO and Co-founder of SHIFT, a company dedicated to fostering unique partnerships that emphasize transformative impact. As a General Partner at Conscious Venture Partners, Joe Mechlinski focuses on the critical relationship between business and society. In addition, Joe serves on the Advisory Board of Conscious Venture Lab, an accelerator aimed at promoting socially responsible entrepreneurship. Joe also founded SHIFT Society to establish a localized network of executives and entrepreneurs committed to a new business standard. Other roles include being a Founding Member of Hampton and previously an Investor at NextGen Venture Partners. Joe's extensive experience also includes advisory roles with Betamore and Warfield Interviews, co-founding Maverick Local, and serving as a Certified Speaker for Vistage International. Joe graduated from The Johns Hopkins University with a degree in Economics and completed additional studies at the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business.
