Shay Serry is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and litigation. Currently serving as Legal Counsel at Shikun & Binui since March 2022, Shay previously held the position of General Counsel at Lavi Light Rail Operation and Maintenance Ltd. and worked as Legal Counsel and Contract Manager at J-Net O&M Ltd. Shay spent several years at Shapir Civil and Marine Engineering Ltd., where responsibilities included overseeing legal aspects of international activities and advising on investments and business propositions. Earlier experience includes managing commercial and civil litigation at levanon, akunis, doron and co. law office and Liron Segal Law Practice. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Laws from Tel Aviv University and participation in an Executive Development Program focused on Financial Management.
