Yehonatan Leibovitz is a legal professional with extensive experience in commercial law, banking, capital markets, and securities. Currently serving as Legal Counsel at Shikun & Binui since July 2022, Yehonatan previously worked as an Associate Attorney at Gross Law Firm - GKH from December 2019 to December 2022 and gained foundational experience as a Legal Intern at S. Horowitz & Co. focusing on corporate, commercial, and administrative litigation. Academic achievements include participation on the editorial board of Bar-Ilan University’s Law Review and serving as a research and teaching assistant in contract and tort law courses. Yehonatan holds both an MBA specializing in Finance and an LLB from Bar-Ilan University, completed between 2014 and 2018.
