Rob Longwell

Rob Longwell currently serves as Vice President of Operations (NA) at Shiloh Industries, a position held since November 2019, alongside roles in Operations Excellence and overall Operations leadership. Prior to this, Rob was VP of Operations at C.H.I. Overhead Doors from November 2017 to October 2019. Rob's extensive experience also includes serving as General Manager at Aludyne Norway from January 2015 to December 2017 and as Global Operations Director at Federal-Mogul, where responsibilities encompassed Safety, Quality, Delivery, and P&L for 12 plants worldwide. Additional roles at Federal-Mogul included Director of Global Lean and Plant Manager. Rob began a career in management as General Manager at Asimco Technologies from 2003 to 2006. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.
