Syamkumar Sasi possesses a diverse background in software testing and engineering, with significant experience in both manual and automated testing. Currently serving as a Testing and Support Engineer at Shimmer since March 2022, Syamkumar previously held roles as a Software Test Engineer at Experion Technologies from June 2013 to August 2017, where responsibilities included testing large customer portals. Earlier, Syamkumar was a Team Lead at Armia Systems, Inc from June 2010 to April 2013, focusing on customer interactions and product support, and began a career as a Software Developer at Alfine IT Solutions in late 2009. An academic foundation in Computer Science was established at MG University, Kerala, India, culminating in a BTech degree earned in 2008.
