Mark Montoya

Mark Montoya, CPA, currently serves as the Tax Director and Head of Tax at Shimmick Corporation, effective October 2023. With extensive experience in tax management, Mark was previously the Tax Director at PDS Health from August 2020 to September 2023 and held the position of Tax Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers from January 2000 to June 2019. Mark's career began at Deloitte, where duties included serving as Senior Manager from August 1990 to January 2000. Mark earned a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from California State University, Long Beach, between 1986 and 1990.
