Ki-Young Justin Jung is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as the General Manager in the Corporate Finance Division within Investment Banking Division at SHINYOUNG SECURITIES since September 2009. Ki-Young has extensive experience in conducting due diligence for Initial Public Offerings, successfully bringing three small and medium-sized companies to KOSDAQ, and setting up a Special Purpose Acquisition Company with a $42 million market capitalization. Additionally, Ki-Young has managed overseas dual-listing projects and participated in Pre-IPO investments, particularly in the IT sector.
