Emily Krieger is a seasoned professional in merchant success and partner development, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Merchant Success at ShipBob since July 2020. In this role, Emily successfully manages relationships with enterprise-scale merchants, providing strategic advice on shipping and marketing while fostering expansion opportunities and ensuring customer support. Prior to ShipBob, Emily held various positions at Rewards Network, highlighting leadership in driving revenue and membership growth. Emily's early career included roles at JLL, Concierge Unlimited International, City Staffing, and Fitness Formula Clubs, each contributing to a diverse skill set in operations, customer service, and event management. Emily earned a BA in Visual Arts Management with a focus on Photography from Columbia College Chicago in 2012.
