With 1000+ global courier integrations and a mission to simplify logistics tech, we empower brands to deliver faster, smarter, and better.

Now, we’re looking for a visionary Head of Marketing to lead our marketing function and accelerate our growth across India and global markets.

Role Overview: As the Head of Marketing, you will own the full-funnel marketing strategy, brand positioning, and demand generation roadmap for ShipEak. You’ll build and lead a high-performing marketing team, drive performance across digital, content, SEO, partnerships, and product marketing, and ensure measurable impact on MQLs, pipeline, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy & Leadership

Develop and own the GTM strategy for ShipEak’s SaaS and logistics solutions across segments (SMBs, D2C, Enterprises).

Build and lead a team across digital, content, product marketing, and growth functions.

Manage and scale marketing budgets, campaigns, tools, and performance KPIs.

Demand Generation & Performance Marketing

Drive qualified inbound leads through SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn, display, remarketing, and social campaigns.

Build marketing automation, lead nurturing, and email marketing strategies for MQL to SQL conversion.

Content & Product Marketing

Oversee development of SEO blogs, landing pages, product explainers, email drips, case studies, videos, and ad creatives.

Develop sales enablement content (battle cards, decks, feature comparisons, industry use cases, etc.).

Brand & Thought Leadership

Define and amplify ShipEak’s brand voice across the website, media, analyst relations, and events.

Lead PR, webinars, customer success stories, and co-marketing with ecosystem partners.

Analytics, Tools & Martech

Build a data-driven marketing stack. Track ROI across channels and continuously optimize.

Use tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and marketing CRMs.

Requirements: 7+ years in B2B SaaS, logistics tech, or eCommerce marketing with 3+ years in a leadership role.

Proven experience in owning and scaling inbound lead gen (SEO, PPC, content marketing).

Experience working in fast-paced startups, preferably Series A to Series C stage.

Strong knowledge of marketing funnels, buyer personas, CAC, LTV, and full-funnel attribution.

Excellent team management, communication, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Bonus Skills: Prior experience with logistics SaaS, shipping aggregators, or post-purchase platforms (like ClickPost, Shiprocket, AfterShip, Easyship).

Experience with global GTM strategy for the US, UK, or Middle East regions.

Hands-on experience in marketing ops and martech setup.
