Celia Violette (Marshall)

Celia Violette (Marshall) has worked in the software engineering and teaching fields for the past decade. In 2021, they began working as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer II for Shipium. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Software Engineer II and Software Engineer I for Zulily. In 2018, they completed a 6-month Full Stack Engineering Student program at Galvanize Inc, where they achieved the highest marks in a broad curriculum. From 2014 to 2013, they worked as a Teacher, Reserve Teacher, and Special Education Teacher Assistant for Minneapolis Public Schools and Augsburg Fairview Academy, respectively. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as an Assistant Teacher for Children's Center Montessori.

Celia Violette (Marshall) attended Macalester College from 2010 to 2013 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Educational Studies and Economics. Celia then attended Hamline University from 2013 to 2014, where they obtained a Teaching License for K - 6 Elementary Education. In 2018, Celia attended Galvanize Inc and obtained a Certificate in Full Stack Web Development. Prior to that, they attended Wellesley College in 2009 to 2010. Celia also obtained additional certifications from Lambda School, Stanford University, and Coursera from 2018 to 2019.
