Stefanie Kahraman

Stefanie Kahraman has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Stefanie is currently working as a Lead Talent Acquisition Manager at Shippeo, where they manage global recruitment, optimizes talent acquisition processes, and develops employer branding strategies. Prior to this, Stefanie held roles at Computer Futures and SThree, where they worked as a Senior Principal Recruitment Consultant and Principal Talent Acquisition Consultant respectively. In these positions, they managed the full recruitment lifecycle, conducted assessments, and provided interview training. Stefanie also has experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Aristo Group and as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at SThree. Stefanie began their career as a Project Manager at TRUST Promotion GmbH and completed a marketing internship at Condé Nast.

Stefanie Kahraman attended the University of Sunderland from 2006 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2006, they attended EBC and earned an International Diploma in Office Management as well as a qualification as a Europa Korrespondentin.
