Richard Masters has a diverse work experience in various roles related to product design, user interface design, and analysis. Richard currently holds the position of Product Designer at ShipServ since April 2021. Prior to this, from February 2019 to February 2021, they worked as a Senior User Interface Designer at Elemental Concept. Richard also worked as a UI Designer at Leo Tech Services from September 2012 to December 2018. Before that, they served as a Product Analyst at MyCube.com from October 2011 to September 2012. In 2011, Richard had brief stints as a Web Writer at Men's Health magazine UK and as a Junior Researcher at Wall to Wall.

Richard Masters, PMP®, CSM®, holds a Master's degree in Journalism from City, University of London, which they obtained from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Philosophy at the University of Leeds from 2007 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Richard has obtained several certifications to further enhance their skills and knowledge. Richard earned the following certifications: Introduction to Digital Currencies from the University of Nicosia in December 2020, Certified User Experience Specialist (CUSX) from Akendi Training & Coaching in November 2018, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in February 2016, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in December 2020.
