Stacye Baker

Stacye Baker is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in merchandising and operations, currently serving as Vice President of Business Capabilities and Chief of Staff to the Chief Growth Officer at Shipt since September 2020. In this role, Stacye has led teams focused on digital merchandising, pricing, and category management, including P&L management of the adult beverage category. Prior experience at The Home Depot spanned various leadership positions, including Senior Director of Operations, where Stacye drove efficiency for over 50 members and supported 25,000 in-store associates, and multiple directorial roles managing significant P&Ls and achieving substantial sales growth. Stacye's earlier career includes positions at Credit Suisse Group, coupled with a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Harvard University.
