Ben Lewis is an experienced executive with a strong background in leadership roles within local government and the construction industry. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Shire of Exmouth since September 2021, Ben has also held key positions at Shire of East Pilbara, including Executive Manager Commercial Services and Manager Assets and Procurement. Prior to these roles, Ben was the Managing Director at BRL Building Company PTY LTD, where the focus was on building maintenance and construction in the Pilbara Region of Western Australia. Ben's earlier experience includes positions as Shire Councillor for Shire of Roebourne, Superintendent Project Implementation at Rio Tinto, and Asset Manager at Shire of Roebourne. Educational qualifications include multiple degrees from CQUniversity, culminating in a Master of Business Administration, alongside Associate Diplomas in Management and Building Surveying from Central TAFE.
