Kathy Rafalin

Kathy Rafalin is an experienced human resources executive with a strong focus on talent acquisition, development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Diversity Equity Inclusion at Shiseido since April 2016, Kathy has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of HR Business Partner for Global Brands & Groups and Talent and Talent Development. Prior to Shiseido, Kathy held significant positions at Louis Vuitton Americas, leading talent acquisition and development initiatives, and worked with L'Oreal in learning and development. Earlier career experiences include marketing and training roles at Collins Brothers Worldwide and Coca-Cola Enterprises. Kathy's educational background includes a Master's degree from New York University and postgraduate studies in Marketing Management along with a Bachelor's degree in International Relations & Industrial Sociology from the University of Cape Town.
