Xiaoling Lu陆晓玲 is an accomplished Sales Director and Core AM Business Sales Leader at SHL since March 2019, specializing in business retention and extension for SME clients. Prior to this role, Xiaoling served as Asia Commercial Manager and Business Development Director, focusing on new business development and revenue growth within the Northern Market, achieving significant wins with clients such as Lenovo and JD. Earlier experience includes a position as Senior Business Development Manager at Mercer, where efforts centered on employee benefits and health management, and as Business Development Executive/Manager at International SOS, where key accounts in the energy, mining, and infrastructure sectors were managed.
