Adam Layman

Adam Layman is a seasoned professional in project engineering and management, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Project Engineering at Shoals Technologies Group since September 2024. Previously, Adam held various leadership roles at Holley from July 2014 to September 2024, including Business Unit Director, where responsibilities encompassed managing over 50 personnel across multiple facilities and driving revenue growth for the EFI product line. Adam's career at Holley also featured roles as Director of Engineering - Systems Integration and Senior Engineering Team Manager. Earlier experience includes serving as an Engine Development / EFI Specialist at Steve Schmidt Competition Engines from January 2008 to June 2014. Adam holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology Management from Western Kentucky University and an Associate of Science in Automotive Technology from Ivy Tech Community College.
