Shannon Greenwald

Shannon Greenwald is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and organizational development. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Shoals Technologies Group, Shannon also co-founded Never Again Nameless Rescue, an organization dedicated to rescuing "unsellable" puppies and raising awareness about the commercial breeding industry. Previously, as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Sazerac Company, Shannon managed recruitment for various departments, ensuring seamless onboarding and developing staffing plans. With a long tenure at Atria Senior Living as a Divisional Recruiter, Shannon excelled in full cycle recruitment for director-level positions, successfully staffing new facilities and mentoring new recruiters. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fine/Studio Arts from the University of Louisville.
