Cheryl Wood is an experienced finance professional with a proven track record in management accounting and financial management. Currently serving as a Management Accountant at Shoe Zone Retail Limited since January 2017, Cheryl oversees the preparation and submission of monthly financial accounts while ensuring compliance with statutory and group requirements. Cheryl's prior experience includes a role as Finance Manager at Uponor, where responsibilities included preparing financial accounts, coordinating year-end audits, and leading a key Oracle implementation project that improved efficiencies across UK finance operations. Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Psychology from DeMontfort University and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
