Russell Neal

Russell Neal has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Russell began their career in 1994 at Mazzio's Italian Eatery, where they served as a Manager and implemented process improvements that increased annual revenue by 20%. From 1999 to 2004, they worked at Golden Corral as a Manager, overseeing cost control initiatives and ensuring exceptional food quality and customer service.

Russell then moved on to Emory University in 2004, where they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner, providing leadership and management of all HR activities. Russell counseled and coached employees on policy adherence and ensured compliance with regulatory standards.

In 2013, Russell joined Anda, Inc. (Teva Pharmaceuticals) as a Senior Human Resources Generalist. Russell partnered with business units to develop business strategies and objectives and provided analysis and recommendations in areas such as talent management and organizational assessment.

Currently, Russell works at Shoes For Crews, where they have held multiple roles since 2018. Russell started as the Director of People Operations and later became the Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Russell currently holds the position of Director of People Operations and is responsible for protecting over 3.5 million workers per year in various workplaces from slip and fall accidents.

Russell Neal's education history includes attending Nova Southeastern University from 2010 to 2012. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
