As the Associate Director, Payment Partnerships, you will be responsible for driving new business to ShopBack Pay by building strong value-driven partnerships with large payment gateways. You will work closely with the Country GMs to ensure that a pipeline of leads is being delivered to the Commercial team, and will work on special projects from time to time to build on the proposition to go omni-channel with ShopBack.

Your Adventure Ahead

  • Deliver against growth metrics and execute against targets through partnerships with payment channel partners, including but not limited to payment gateways, shopping carts, POS players, wallets etc.
  • Full end-to-end ownership of the phases of the Deal Cycle (Strategy, Deal Structure, Negotiations, Closing, Account Managing)
  • Support the Country GMs and Partnership teams in each market by developing partnership and demand-gen strategies, processes and best practice
  • Driving special projects to build on proposition to go omni-channel with ShopBack

Essentials to Succeed

  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in channel / partner management
  • Experience in managing relationships with large payment partners to bring in enterprise leads
  • Understanding of the payments ecosystem / payment schemes
  • Teamwork, interpersonal & relationship-building skills, and ability to lead by influence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills - Proficient in Excel
