This is a lead role with our latest product: ShopBack Pay - a new initiative that helps customers earn Cashback in the offline world, and allows merchants to execute marketing initiatives effectively and efficiently.

Your Adventure Ahead

  • To lead a new team in driving our business development efforts in ShopBack Pay Australia
  • To establish and execute company's plan in acquiring Enterprise / National merchant partners
  • Conduct market and potential clients' research for our target category
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory/zone
  • Set merchant partners up for success with ShopBack Pay through thorough understanding of our merchant's needs and expectations
  • Build and develop a high performing sales team for ShopBack Pay Australia

Essentials to Succeed

  • At least 8+ years of proven experience in Business Development / Account Management / Partnerships
  • Comes with direct network and experience in the food / retail tech space
  • A self-starter and motivated individual with a can't-is-not-an-option attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with good analytical skills
  • A problem-solver who’s not discouraged by failure or mistakes
  • Must be able to multitask under pressure while maintaining high level of accuracy of the work
  • Driven to be part of the process of building a successful business in a startup environment
  • Proven experience in developing high performing sales team
  • Strong passion for growth be part of one of the fastest growing start-up in Australia
