Carolin Grimmelt

Carolin Grimmelt currently serves as Team Lead of the CEO Office and Executive Assistant at Shopware since May 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Consultant and Consultant for Digital Financial Services at zeb consulting from May 2018 to April 2022, and as Public Affairs Manager at SOFORT GmbH (a Klarna Group Company) from August 2014 to April 2018. Carolin's earliest professional experiences include internships in EU Affairs at Bertelsmann Stiftung and the German Consulate General, and internships at the Konrad Adenauer Foundation and the Auswärtiges Amt. Carolin holds a Master of Arts in Political Management, Public Policy and Public Administration from NRW School of Governance, University Duisburg-Essen, and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences with a major in Politics from the University of Osnabrück, complemented by an Erasmus exchange in Political Sciences at Sciences Po Bordeaux.
